I just realized today it's been almost a month since I've blogged! This busy season has been wonderful but with busy season+homeschool+first trimester nausea and exhaustion, I've been whooped! Thankfully, things are slowing down a bit and I'm not hugging the toilet quite as much these days so I'm finally able to start sharing these gorgeous sessions I've been doing this fall. I have so much to share and am so so excited to show all these gorgeous families to you. I wanted to start tonight with this sweet family. I recently shot their oldest son Jake for his Senior session and just a few weeks later we had a full family session together. These guys were so much fun to spend a gorgeous fall evening with. Enjoy these sweet photos!

I love getting to photograph seniors. I had such a great time meeting up with Jake and wondering around Old City for his Senior pictures. I'm so excited to meet the rest of his family for family photos later this week! Enjoy!
A few weeks ago I was able to photograph Trand for his senior photos. He is the oldest of six children and is part of a really awesome and loving family. Today he's off to start hiking the Appalachian Trail. How cool is that!? Like, the whole thing! What an exciting time in life. Blessings to you Trand as you embark on this new chapter in life. Enjoy!
I had so much fun at Mikaela's senior session. We started her session downtown then went to Ijams to get some more rustic, feminine shots and I just love how they turned out! This girl is completely and totally loved at our house. She has such a sweet heart and my family just loves her so much! I am so excited to share her senior session tonight on the blog. Mikaela, we are so proud of you and can't wait to see what God has in store for you as you move forward in His plan for you! Blessings on you in this super fun and exciting time in your life!
Since today is the last day of 2014 I wanted to do a post compiling some of my favorites from client sessions this past year. What an amazing year this has been! I am so thankful to have had 80 sessions this year with 51 individual families. I had originally intended to do a post of each type of session I do but ran out of time so none of my maternity clients are featured here but you can see them here in a post I did on Monday. Thank you all so much for allowing me to come into your homes, get to know you a bit, and capture these beautiful memories for each of you to treasure for a lifetime. I love my job and it's because of you all that I am able to do it. I almost get emotional looking at all these photos because I know that each and every one is a real story of love and family. Thank you again for trusting me with your memories! I know this is LONG but I just couldn't pick a few favorites! Enjoy!
And here's one more for good measure with one from each and every session I did this year! Thanks so much for being a part of it and I can't wait to see you in the new year!
I'm so excited to share this senior session with you guys today! I love it when clients have a clear vision for the outcome of their session and Brad did. He wanted a classic, vintage vibe and I love how his images turned out! Brad, Mr. Brad as he's known in our house, is also such a great guy. He and his family are so special at our house. I've been able to serve along side him on our worship team at our church and this summer he taught my kiddos to swim. :) Brad, we are so excited for you to embark on your senior year in high school and see where God directs your path over these next years. We are praying blessings on you! Have fun as you pursue the journey God has planned for you!
A couple of weeks ago, I got to photograph this beautiful senior. This was my first time getting to work with a senior girl and it was a blast. She was so fun to work with and obviously very photogenic! Lindsay, I pray for all of God’s blessings and direction for you in this exciting time in your life! Enjoy your images!
I was so excited to get to photograph Zane’s senior pictures last week. I used to work with Zane’s dad in the ER and he is such a great guy so I loved getting to meet his family on this beautiful afternoon. Zane was a lot of fun to work with too. Congrats on your Senior year, Zane! Enjoy your photos!
