Mini sessions
I am so excited to announce that on Saturday February 27, I am offering a very special mini session event for mamas and their children. This event will be held at The Hive near downtown Knoxville. The Hive is a beautiful indoor urban location that offers floods of natural light and a variety of cozy places for us to shoot you and your little ones cuddled up together. Seriously, it is so gorgeous in there and I am beyond excited to take my clients there!
I know that as a mother I am pretty much always the one taking our family photos and it’s difficult and rare for me to be in the frame with my children. So, that’s why I wanted to take a day out to focus on you mamas and the connections you share with your most precious treasures.
Nicole Wise Styling will also be on location offering hair and makeup services for $40. Please contact her at nicolemwise@me.com to book your appointment. Nicole will also be offering mini wardrobe styling packages for $50. Please contact her for more details.
The Details.... Sessions are $250+tax and payment is due in full to reserve your spot and is non-refundable. Sessions will last 25 minutes and will include 15 full resolution digital files delivered via download as well as an online gallery for professional print and product ordering. These sessions are suitable for all ages (including adults with your mothers, or expecting mothers) but are limited to one family per session with a maximum of 5 people.

I'm wrapping up these Christmas tree farm mini sessions tonight and I just loved getting to meet and photograph this sweet family. They were truly a joy to work with and their kiddos were the sweetest. Merry Christmas Robinson Family!
Out of all my Christmas sessions this year I only had 2 new clients (because my previous clients snatched these sessions up so quickly :) ) and this sweet family was one of those. I am so glad I got to photograph them because they were just such a joy to be with. Their boys were so sweet and I immediately hit it off with mom. I love seeing my BSP babies grow! Sweet Caroline is a Christmas baby and I got to photograph her for the first time as a newborn, you can see that here. I've completely fallen in love with their family and I just felt instantly connected to her mama the first time we met. You know those people you are just completely comfortable around as soon as you meet them? Yep, that's her mama. I am so glad I've been able to photograph them over the past two years and see this sweet girl grow. Merry Christmas Hunt Family!

(although I just sent mine today, yikes!) I love this sweet family and it is such a joy to photograph them. I can't wait to meet their new little one just next month!
Oh my goodness how I love this family and if you know them, you do too. They were some of my very first clients and I have been able to photograph them many times and I am so happy to say that they have become much more than clients, but treasured friends. Lexi and I have connected through motherhood and I love that the Lord has brought us together to pray for and encourage one another. I was so glad we got to do a family session this year with them at the Christmas tree farm. This crew always keeps me laughing and this session was no exception. Oh my goodness! I love Christmas tree farm sessions. Every year I love them more. I don't usually post these until close to Christmas but since Thanksgiving is over, I figured I could go ahead. Plus I officially got the go ahead from mom because the cards went out today and I have seen it and I didn't spoil it! :) I've been fortunate enough to photograph this family several times and I always look forward to spending time with them. Since today is the last day of 2014 I wanted to do a post compiling some of my favorites from client sessions this past year. What an amazing year this has been! I am so thankful to have had 80 sessions this year with 51 individual families. I had originally intended to do a post of each type of session I do but ran out of time so none of my maternity clients are featured here but you can see them here in a post I did on Monday. Thank you all so much for allowing me to come into your homes, get to know you a bit, and capture these beautiful memories for each of you to treasure for a lifetime. I love my job and it's because of you all that I am able to do it. I almost get emotional looking at all these photos because I know that each and every one is a real story of love and family. Thank you again for trusting me with your memories! I know this is LONG but I just couldn't pick a few favorites! Enjoy!

Yes, I know it’s almost February! Ha! But I didn’t want to post these before Christmas since I knew most of my clients would be using these for Christmas cards and gifts for family and I didn’t want to ruin any surprises. This was my first time doing a mini session event and I loved it. That being said, be on the lookout for a Spring mini session event that will be announced very soon! It’s gonna be good!
